Stallholder Bookings : The South Coast Field Days


Stall Holder Application

We encourage stall holders to apply as soon as possible in order to secure your site.

 

Location - Cobargo Showgrounds (Bermagui Road east of Village of Cobargo, NSW)

Date - 23rd to 24th September 2017(Sat - Sun) the first weekend of the school holidays.

Time - 9:00 to 5:00 Daily - Set Up (Sat) 7:00 am to 8:30 am Pack up (Sun) 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm

 

Please consider having as many demonstrations and hands on activities as practicable for your activity at your stall. There may also be opportunities to provide presentations and demonstrations at the main speakers tent with consideration on a case by case basis.

 

This is an application only and does not confirm a site booking. We will get back to you asap to let you know if you have secured a site booking. We use an objective criteria checklist to determine eligibility.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Activity must align with the SCPA mission.
  • One business per stall.
  • You should have your own stall set up (this should include at the minimum table, chairs, tent/shelter).
  • If you are considering conducting a Workshop that will charge a fee for participation it is suggested that the workshop be a 'taster style' workshop of no more than half a day duration.
  • Workshop stallholders are responsible for the workshop bookings and payment.
  • Please note: Your workshop marketing must include this statement. Fee for the workshop does not include entrance to the South Coast Field Days.
  • Stallholders are expected to set up and operate on both days and to refrain from packing up early on Sunday.
  • One on-site car parking permit per stall, additional parking requests will be considered.
  • The SCFD committee will consider the following requests on a case by case basis: Stall Spaces Indoors & Electricity Outlets.

Stall Categories

Workshops: 'A Taste of.........' Cost $150.00 for the weekend - groups or individuals. Site must be occupied for 2 days. Most sites 5m x 4m.
